Rob joined Roxburgh as Head of Investment and Pensions in May 2014 having worked for several large providers covering investment, corporate and individual pensions, estate planning, offshore, and protection.

Originally from Edinburgh and with financial services running through his veins, he moved to London in 2007 to take up a consultant role with AEGON, within 4 years he was one of their top consultants. Always looking to broaden his industry knowledge he was headhunted by Old Mutual in 2011 as an investment consultant in The City working with Private banks and wealth management firms.

Rob’s broad knowledge across all areas but particularly the retirement planning field and proven track record in the corporate market make him an ideal fit for Roxburgh to lead the complex financial planning business. Having worked with literally hundreds of Advice firms in his career as a consultant, he brings with him best practice and the right attitude and client-focused delivery we insist on.

Rob lives with his partner and daughter in Hampshire.
